Tottenham hotspurs has signed a shirt sponsorship deal with British based Hong Kong company AIA which is worth 100 million pounds over the course of 5 years, starting from 2014-15 season AIA will be Spurs principle shirt sponsor in all competition, in the current season AIA only appear on cup matches and they will replace american company “HP” as principle shirt sponsorship deal.
This is a welcome boost in revenue for Spurs who are trying to build a team which will consistantly fight for the top spots in the league. The new contract will start from 2014-15 season and that puts Spurs in no. 5 in terms of biggest shirt sponsorship deals
