West Ham United Beat Sunderland 2-1 in Premier League Match

West Ham United got themselves quite clear of the relegation zone with a very important win over Sunderland on Monday night football in what was a good exciting game of football in premier league. Sunderland of course now have just 25 points and they missed out on closing the gap between themselves in 17th place team, however they have played 2 games less than their competitors, which means they still have a good chance of getting clear.
West ham started the game brightly and took the lead through fit again striker Andy Carrol who scored in jsut 10th minute of the game, while Mohamed Diame made it 2-0 just after the break to give Sam Allerdyce men some breathing space and alot more confidence. Sunderland however pulled one goal back through England international and former Man City player Adam Johnson who scored in 65th minute of the game to get his side back on track.
After that Sunderland goal, West Ham struggle to get grip of the game and game got alot more unpredictable as West ham clinge on to their 1 goal lead with some desperate defending. This defeat leave Sunderland with 4 points trailing West Bromwhich Albion who have 29 points but sunderland have one games in hand compared to them
