Manchester United took on Fulham in the premier league game on Sunday evening knowing them must win this match to keep in touch with the top 4 teams in the league, Liverpool and Spurs won their games earlier in the week which left United 10 points a drift of 4th place Liverpool, and a defeat in this home game will seriously put doubts on David Moyes future at the club. While players are moving out and last week captain Namanja Vidic announced that he would like to move from Untied at the end of the club which rang the alarm bells.
United started the game with more possesion but it took 19 minutes for Fulham to get their first goal when Steven Sidwell scored in 19th minute to put United and how fans in confused situation. Moyes though started with quite a strong side where Rooney, Van Persie, Juan Mata and ashley young all started the game while Carrick and Fletcher were playing in the midfield.
Manchester United got back to level terms when Robin Van Persie was on hand to tap the ball in at the back post from low cross from the right side, while Michael Carrick made it 2-1 for United a minute later to put United on course for all three points which they did eventualy.
