Sunderland took a big in their race to the premier league survival, they have 5 more games to save their season but today they can go home and be happy that they got a massive draw against the team with highest wage bill in all sports. Manchester City, lost at home against a resiliant Sunderland who came from early knockdown of 1-0 in just 2nd minute to win the game in the 2nd half.
Fernandinho gave home side the lead in just 2nd minute of the game when Fernandinho poked home to make it 1-0 for the Man City, at that point it looked like a long night for Sunderland. But the score was 1-0 at the break and Sunderland started to get in the skin of Man City.
After the break Sunderland pressed city pretty hard and it took half-hour after the break for Sunderland to get the equaliser through Wickam who managed to score in 73rd minute at that points Sunderland knew they had city number and they went for the winner which came their way in 83rd minute. 2-1 scoreline quicky changed to 2-2 when Samir Nasri scored in last few minutes of the match.
