Liverpool defeated German league side Borussia Dortmund by 4-0 in their last pre season friendly game before they start 2014-15 Premier League season come next week. Lovren opened his account for Liverpool while Henderson, Sturridge and Courtinho were on the scoresheet.

Liverpool started the game bright and looked in nick from the word go, while Dortmund had number of their key players missing and Liverpool took early lead through Daniel Sturridge who poked home after just 10 minutes on the clock, new signing Dejan Lovren made it 2-0 in the 14th minute Liverpool went into the break 2-0 ahead.
Coutinho scored just after the break to kill the game off before Jordan Henderson scored Liveprool’s fourth goal. All in all it was a superb performance from Liverpool who will be quite happy with their preprations for the start of English premier league next week.
