Arsenal football has announced that they will be planning a shorter pre-season schedule compared to the previous season and that is more down to because of FIFA world Cup 2014 taking place which will end on 13th July which leaves much shorter window for all the top clubs to have a extensive pre-season tour. Because of the fear that players might get burnt-out. So what are the Arsenal plans for Pre-Season ?

Nothing is announced yet, considering the fact, there is world cup this summer, arsenal might have to play Champions League qualifiers and the community shield. But once any details are announced we will let you know right here.
As the things stand, Arsenal are looking to play just a couple of friendly games in United States for the pre season, before the return to London and host Emirates Cup. The tour is scheduled to be in the last week of July while the emirates cup is suppose to start at the start of August. If Arsenal manage to win FA Cup, they might have to change tour dates a little bit because there will be a community shield game scheduled before the start of Premier League season. Premier League 2014-15 season gets underway on 16th August 2014.
