Arsenal took on Southampton in the Premier League match on 28 January 2014, Arsenal were hoping to keep their place at the top of the table with a win against a very difficult side in Southampton who are even more dangerous at home. Arsenal however are having a great season at the moment and Arsene Wenger went with quite a strong starting lineup.
Southampton took the lead through Jose Fonte when he put the ball in the back of the net at 21st minute of the game to shock league leaders at St Mary’s stadium. Game was at 1-0 in favour of home side but immediately after the break Arsenal equalized through Sagna who scored his first goal of the season.
