In the 18th January 2014 Premier League game we saw Manchester City took on Cardiff City in what was a massive game in the league title race, City took the early lead through Edin Dzeko who slotted home after just 14 minutes, though Cardiff City pulled the goal back at the stroke of half hour mark, when Craig noone scored to make it 1-1 on the day. City however were playing great football and it was just a matter of time when they would score again.
SPanish international Jesus Navas scored within 5 minutes of Cardiff goal to put City upfront again. City after that stream through Cardiff but failed to take their chances. Cardiff were lucky to go into halftime with just 1 goal deficit.
