Barcelona completed a superb turn-around after going 2-0 down against Villarreal they hammered back and won the game by 3-2, players dedicated the win to Tito Vilanova
One of the best games in La Liga this season, Barcelona came from 2-0 down to win 3-2 against Villarreal in what was a cracker of a game. Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid had won their games earlier in the week leaving Barcelona with a must win clash to keep in the title race. Plus the death of their former manager Tito Vilonov was somthing which made this game even more special as players were eager to play for him and get a win.
Barcelona are not looking at their sharp best, they creat chances but that cutting edge is missing and that was evident in their play when we talk about first half. Villarreal scored the first goal just at the stroke of halftime when Cani made it 1-0 but things got bad to worse for away side when Trigueros scored to make it 2-0 and Barcelona were heading towards another defeat.
But 3 quick goals in just 17 minutes turn the tie upside down and put the title race back on track. Now Barcelona have 84 points which leave them just 4 behind Atletico Madrid who are leading at the moment.
